Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Dija Beauty Experience is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, but can contact shipper when tracking information come out
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
International Shipping (Optional)
We currently do / do not offer international shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
